Vendor Referrals (if B&B is booked at least 6 months in advance)
Review Vendor Contracts.
Liaison for vendors (Communication beginning 2 months out)
Prepare a comprehensive timeline of the week leading up to and for the event.
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal (One Hour)

Wedding Day

Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
Setup of wedding accessories, such as guest book, place cards, wedding favors, etc.
Acting as point of contact for all vendors.
Assisting the Bride, Wedding Party, Family and guests as needed.
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
Providing and emergency kit
