One Planning Meeting, 4 Monthly Check-Ins & unlimited Phone Calls, Texts, and e-mail Communication. 

6 Month Checklist

3 Month Checklist

Vendor Referrals (if B&B is booked at least 6 months in advance)

Review and Negotiate Vendor Contracts. 

Facilitate choice of appropriate vendors, including, but not limited to Venue, Catering, Rentails, Decor, entertainment, photographer, videographer, invitations, favors, transportation. 

Liaison for vendors (Communication beginning 3 months out)

Present unique ideas to compliment chosen design concept for all details going into the reception.

Prepare a comprehensive timeline of the week leading up to and for the event.

Distribution of timeline to wedding party and vendors. 

Confirm all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

Direct or assist with rehearsal in partnership with the officiant (Two Hours)

Final Collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on wedding day (Candles, Photos, guest book, wedding favors, programs, table numbers, etc.)
